Receive a notification when a Metadata Group is deleted in Tenovos.

    Combination of the Topic and the Event

  - `event` (object)
    Object containing event information and the user who triggered the event.

    Unique identifier of the webhook event itself

    Date/Time that the webhook event occurred.

    The Tenovos User ID for the user who caused the event

    First Name of the User
